What is Boxercise?
Boxercise is an exercise concept based on the training methods that boxers use.
If you’re looking to improve your fitness, build muscle strength, socialise, meet new people and learn something new? Then come along to a BOXERCISE session near to you!
Nothing is too difficult, our coach will tailor the sessions and exercises to your needs and abilities! If you specifically want to work on certain muscles areas or are recovering from an injury and need to strengthen muscles, we’re here for you!
Each week is something new not the same standard routines. Sessions typically involve hitting pads, no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress relief, and is accessible to all ages and fitness levels.
Everyone is welcome so come and JOIN US!
